WRC 2012 Rules
*Hello friends, Latvia is organizing WRC 2012 championship for all drivers. How you can start drive? You can register in forum, write your name and car.
* Season component of 13 rally’s. Eight will be with gravel, sand or dirt deck, three will be tarmac, but two will be with snow status.
* In championship can drive WRC, S2000(SWRC),N4(PWRC),S1600(JWRC)class cars.
2.2 Rally organizers made rally by them discretion, but as base take www.wrc.com rally processstatus, that means - begins with deck and finally with whether at stages.
2.3 Every WRC rally round starts at next week after 2012. year WRC Championship calendar. Rally start at Thursday 00:00 and finish at next weeks Tuesday23:59. Event is six(6)days long.
2.4 Four days before every rally start will be „SHAKEDOWN”. „SHAKEDOWN” will entertain 3 days from Monday 00:00 to Wednesday 23:59.
2.5 Rally up to the following conditions.

2.5.3 Only one car – on
2.5.4 Don’t show splits – off
2.5.5 Don’t show temporary results in RBR – off
2.5.6 Don’t show temporary results on web – on
2.5.7 Save replays – on
2.5.8 Require stage comments – on
2.5.9 Password protected - on
2.5.10 Password – wrc2012
2.5.11 Registration required – off
2.5.13 Superally penalty – 300 s
2.5.14 Required licences – Default license (all drivers)
2.5.15 Mods groups – WRC, S2000, N4, S1600
2.5.16 Allow weather change – off
2.5.17 Allow tyres change – only after service
2.5.18 Allow change damage – off
2.5.19 Shortcut checking – none
2.5.20 Allow superally in all stages – on
2.5.21 Allow repeat stage – off

2.6 The stage number of races will be half as events www.wrc.com conditions, in rally will be two days.
3. Individual classification.
3.1 Points will get first ten drivers -25,18,15,12,10,8,6,4,2,1
3.2 In WRC Championship overall same points amount case higher place gets driver, which have higher place at one of event.
3.3 If driver don’t drive at anyone team, then he can start at individual rating too.
3.4 In every rally last stage will be "Power Stage". That means every class fastest three drivers in last stage have a chance to get extra points - 3,2,1.
4. Team classification.
4.1 You can register your team there below the post your team name and four drivers, every team need to drive with same mark car, for example, if everyone in team drives with WRC they all need to drive Citroen or Ford, but if two persons drive with WRC and two with PWRC, two need to drive with same WRC, and two with same PWRC car mark.
4.2 The team consists of four or fewer crews. Points can get all of them. Driver can’t change the team.
4.3 WRC Championship overall team results is determined, as the sum of all events take points. Same points sum case, higher place gets team, which won a higher place in separate events.
4.4 This year Championship will be with payment. Every team need to pay 5Euros. Payment is with Internet bank.

4.5 Few days before first event orgs will calculate prices. First three teams will get money after Championship.
5. Replay.
6. Prohibitions – Penalties.
6.1 All penalties appearance WRC 2012 Championship organizer.
6.2 After every rally event finish organizer decide penalties (if penalties are) and 5-7 days after rally finish publish information at forum title to show about what someone get penalties and what sanctions will be granted.
6.3 It is prohibited to use multiple profiles in one rally. If it is discovered such conduct, driver (both profiles) will be DQ from all 2012. Season.
6.4 After event at comments prohibited to use "bad words”, rough, injure another driver dignity and respect, to express racist slogans. For this rule violation, the driver shall be disqualified from the ongoing rally. For repeat offenders– DQ for all season.
6.5 Driving on the track is prohibited to cut detour corners from the track with all four wheels. Required at least one wheel is located on the carriageway part of the track, or above it. The penalty for each such violation is 30 seconds.
6.6 If driver by 5.1 point request at five days didn’t send replay, driver will get DQ from event.
